Q&A for the wedding week
1. How will I get to the wedding?
* We will have a private bus pick up our guests in front of the Andreola Central Hotel in Milan at 3:30pm. The bus will bring you to the Villa and then bring you back to the same location when the wedding is finished at 12:30am.
2. What should I wear?
* This Italian wedding held at a 16th century baroque villa welcomes color and life! Long dresses for women and suits for men would fit the style of the evening. Let color be your friend and have fun! Milan is the place to try something new and let la moda be exciting. Here is a link that will help give you an idea of what to wear:

3. When should I arrive in Italy?
* We have planned the wedding on a Tuesday assuming many people will want to arrive the weekend before and enjoy Northern Italy. We suggest exploring the city of Milan and more information and ideas can be found on the About Milan page. Other ideas for locations to enjoy would be Lake Como, Lake Orta (our hidden secret), Venice, Torino (our first Italian home), and, Verona. Each of these could be day trips from Milan.
4. Are there events before and after the wedding?
* Yes, we will be planning a welcome event the night before the wedding and a brunch the day after the wedding. We have planned a week long event that starts in Milan for the wedding and moves to Bari where we live. After the wedding, We will have a rooftop event to welcome you to Bari along with a pool party and a day in Polignano a Mare. We are looking forward to sharing this little slice of Italian heaven with our closest friends and family.
5. How should I travel to Bari?
* We will be flying to Bari from Milan on June 6th. We will add our flight information here when we have finalized everything if you would like to choose the same or a similar flight. It's a quick flight that brings you directly to our beautiful little airport. You can then take a 15 minute train directly from the airport to the center of Bari. You could choose a roundtrip ticket to fly back to Milan or you could use Bari as a jumping off point.
6. I want to plan a European trip. What are your suggestions?
* If you would like to join us in Bari for a few days we would suggest taking a ferry or a flight to Greece since we are very close. You could also easily reach Croatia and Montenegro. If you are looking to stay in Italy, you could take a train or a quick flight to Rome and Napoli on the West coast (we do this often because of how easy the trip is). Milan also has an international airport with flights to other cities daily such as Paris, Barcelona, etc.
7. How can I easily get around Italy?
* While in Milan and other larger cities in Europe we suggest that you use the app CityMapper. It shows you all the ways you can use public transportation, taxis, and even walk to your destination. In smaller cities such as Bari, you could use google maps. However, we will have more information about how to get around Bari on the page, About Bari.
